We at Best Homes understand and appreciate our purchaser's and neighbor's needs by being able to witness first-hand their issues and concerns. 

We manage this by situating our corporate office in the middle of a subdivision while construction is in progress. As a result, corporate employees of Best Homes are able to witness and react, in a timely fashion, to traffic hindrances, dust, and any other concerns our neighbors and homeowners may have. 

Such a sub-community is Swallows Nest, where this philosophy ensures that even as we grow from strength to strength, we retain our ability to value the individual customer, and remain sensitive to our clients' needs.
