Best Homes has eclectic international experiences managing construction and development endeavors in the new home and condominium development arena. We also have international experience with commercial project development. 

Current projects in the Greater Toronto Area include a project of detached homes in Whitby, a development project in Wismor Markham, and the immensely popular Swallow's Nest Community in Unionville, comprising a few hundred townhomes, semi-detached and single-detached homes. Various projects are currently under proposal for the Greater Toronto Area, due to the prosperity and growth witnessed here over the past few years .

The past and present international projects undertaken by Best Homes include a project in Lewisham, London, England. A 300 acre commercial project is underway in the United Arab Emirates city of Dubai. This project will comprise a mix of offices and shops in the oil-rich oasis. A similar project in Manhattan is also currently under proposal.

Best Homes launched its international endeavors from the solid foundation of 40 years of building and development experiences. The spectrum of Best Homes’ successes is wide and varied. From high-rise condominium apartments to commercial centers to low-rise residential communities, Best Homes has done it all. The biggest project successfully undertaken was a small sub-city, which comprised 1500 apartments and 300 shops.
